[Hackrf-dev] last call for Lemondrop

I'm making some small changes to Lemondrop for a new batch that I'm
having made this week.  The main thing I'm doing is adding the ability
to run the digital I/O at 1.8 V.

This will probably be the last revision of Lemondrop before this stuff
gets combined onto a bigger board.  Let me know soon if there is
anything else you'd like me to address in this revision.
