[Hackrf-dev] SMA connectors

The few of you with first rev Lemondrop boards may have RP-SMA
connectors on them.  I used those or included them in your package
simply because I have dozens of them sitting around.

Going forward, I plan to use SMA connectors everywhere on the
development boards.  I'm building some Lemondrops today (new rev with
1.8 V option) and will put SMA connectors on them.

If I gave you RP-SMA connectors in the past and you would like some
loose SMAs or adapters, let me know.
