[Hackrf-dev] Availability.of HackRF boards.

Hi All,
I am following this thread. even I know the development platform is given
away for beta testing to few enthusiasts.

Well I may say I am very late but I am interested to soil my hand.
1) Can I know how to get one board in India?
secondly my interest is in receiving weather satellites.
2) Has anyone successfully received NOAA satellites?
3) can it be used as a development platform for multi platform switch?
    like switch between wifi and GPRS/3G. ( Our organization is startup in
M2M)
