I did my own FM-receiver with offset-tuning and a transmitter a week ago
or so. I attached it for you, but it's already GNU Radio 3.7, so it
might not work if you are at 3.6.5.
Also, you might want to connect an antenna. I'm still using the on-board
900MHz antenna and the reception is pretty bad, but you can hear that
it's actually radio if you move the HackRF around on all three axes to
get the strongest signal ;)
