[Hackrf-dev] Cmake issues with libhackrf on Ubuntu 12.04

HI, i'm running ubuntu 12.04 on my machine and when i try to install
libhackrf, cmake always gives me this:

I don't know if anyone else has this issue or if i need to use a different
linux distro or what.
