[Hackrf-dev] Hackrf can't find libhackrf even though it exists

hackrf_info: error while loading shared libraries: libhackrf.so.0: cannot
open shared object file: No such file or directory

libhackrf.so.0 is located in /usr/local/lib and /hackrf/host/libhackrf/src
but the program still can't access it
