[Hackrf-dev] hackrf_tcp (quick port of rtl_tcp for hackrf)

ExtIO looks to be C++, where I am just still learning to hack C :)

I don't think I'll be able to do that. But I am looking for more ways
to make the HackRF compatible with more software, even if it is only
via "RTL Emulation".
