[Hackrf-dev] Attempt to port rtl_fm to hackrf

I've started an attempt to port Osmocom's rtl_fm cli tool to the
HackRF, since I am unaware of a cli demodulator currently available
for the HackRF. I've gotten it to interact with the hardware, but it
is not currently working as intended. I am not that great at C (the
fact I got this far is sort of impressive), nor a math wizard, so I am
not sure what is going wrong.

I am hoping some of the more creative geniuses on the mailing list
might be able to figure out what I am doing wrong, so that we can have
a functional low-resource cli demodulator for the HackRF :)
