Oh, good!  I was quite puzzled by the problem when I read your first
email.  It's possible that the interference from the radar is being made
worse by the RF amplifier if you have that turned on
(hackrf_set_amp_enable()).  That amp is useful for picking up weak
signals, but it can be overpowered by strong signals.

I'm not sure I've ever been accused of writing a clear, easy to use API,
but thank you.  It is likely the fault of another developer on the team.
