There are 4 current 2014.0_RC3 isos, which one are you using? I've not
had this issue reported but if you aren't using the amd64-hardened then
there are much fewer testers as this one is the most popular. If you
are using something terrible (like x86) then it's entirely possible you
are the only one with a computer to old to support 64 bit and no one
else has tested it.
Also, the DIGESTS file is included for a reason, please verify your
md5sum to ensure your download wasn't corrupted.
