[Hackrf-dev] Possibly Defective HackRF One?

Hi Kevan,

I can do that, but it would have to be this evening EDT. I am definitely 
running the latest SDR#, Zadig used to install drivers. I am definitely 
receiving signals; they are just weak by comparison to other devices 
(bladeRF and RTL dongle) using the same software and antennas.
