Hi Simon,
In this city there are at least 2 local FM stations. These can be
heard by even an earpiercing so to speak.I tried also now a simple
paperclip, also no go.
I just also made sure if the ANT500 is working. I took the rtl usb
dongle, plugged it in, helt the ANT500 manually in the rtl usb
dongle until i felt the SMA pin was making contact while tuning to
a local FM frequency ... guess what ? Music in my ears !
So ANT500 can be excluded, the problem is inside the HackRF One
unit itself. I thought i was lucky that from all suppliers i
checked it was in 1 place in stock but now i think this was some
returned unit or so.
I guess if no one else has suggestions i'll have it shipped back to
the U.S and get #%$^$$@ by the shipping charges again :(
Thanks,
Micky
