[Hackrf-dev] Help: HackRF Not Found

Hi Guys,

After following lesson 5 from Mike, I'm not able to use the HackRF after a
power cycle.

The device is not enumerated anymore.
I can boot the device in DFU and flash it again. But after every power
cycle, it returns dead.
