[Hackrf-dev] feasible idea using HackRF One

Thanks Carl,
This is the first time that i use HackRF so , sorry if my question seems to
be so basic.
Should i use matlab  or another tool  in addition to gnuradio companion to
develop this idea?
 Could someone please give me a hint on how to proceed?
