If you want to experiment with transmitting ads-b I would recommend you do on a different band in a place you can legally do so, regardless of the power the hackrf puts out transmitting on 1090 is not on.

I wonder, who you really are and with what intentions you have appeared in this group?  

Personally speaking, me working in Aviation industry in National Airline for 10+ years and seeing how much we cared about safety and security in the air, here shows up someone who wants to mess up by transmitting in aviation frequencies, is just more than unacceptable. ....
