To replay a captured .cfile, you can use hackrf_transfer -t <filename>

You will need to make sure that the file is in the HackRF format
(signed bytes) rather than the GNURadio format (floats).  If you
received the original file using hackrf_transfer -r <filename>, then
it will be in the right format.
