Is there any one who can tell me where the bootloader file is stored in hack 
rf if it’s a fresh hack rf with no firmware loaded

Like to know which which Chip in the Schematics

I would like to lock my HackRf One to a GPS disciplined 10 MHz clock. Its 
output is a +/- 500 mV signal.
Must this be conditioned to drive my HackRf?

it does not show up in lsusb, neither with dfu pressed or without:

and with dmesg i cant see any difference if i plug it in or out :-(

Yes, you'll need to convert it to be 0 to 3 V.  See:
