[Hackrf-dev] Hammond 1455J1201 - location for holes?

I ordered a Hammond 1455J1201, and according to
https://github.com/mossmann/hackrf/wiki/HackRF-One there should be an end
plate template for drilling the holes and cutting the openings, that is
located in the Kicad layout.

I can't find it. Do I need to install the software and generate the
diagram? I've never used the software before.

It would be nice if I could get a PDF of the template, My case arrives
tomorrow, and I'd rather make the case the right way than guestimate the
locations.
