[Hackrf-dev] HackRF vs. RTL Question

Hi to everyone,

Maybe someone give me a hint why on GNU Radio 3.7.7 install I have
different outcomes with HackRF and RTL:

HackRF gives *good* FM radio and almost *no* signals (normal distribution)
on Constellation Plot
RTL gives *no* FM audio and *very good* signals (normal distribution) on
Constellation Plot

Maybe there is some connection or fault I fail to see?

RF gain set to 10 on both.
I was testing in freq 868, 433, and similar, so all within the range of
ANT500 antenna used.
