[Hackrf-dev] Extio DLL for HackRF is here

TX support is enabled in the ExtIO_Hackrf.dll file however according to LC
the creator of HDSDR, HDSDR requires further coding to support that type of
TX, he tells me he can get it going but needs a hackrf for testing, I sent
an email to Mike O to see if he would like to sort something out with LC, it
would be great for the windows community to be able to do some TX I think.
