[Hackrf-dev] GPS Spoofing for forensic use

The atof function in GCC stdlib seems not able to recognize
FORTRAN style “D” exponent designator in the ephemeris file.

For a quick fix, please replace all the “D” exponential notations
into “E” format with a text editor.
