This chap has posted some notes on getting gnuradio going on a Pi 2, though
his interest seems to have been in an rtl-sdr dongle, but I suspect it
might get you most of the way there:

My Pi 2 is busy doing ADSB with the new R820T-2 dongle so I haven't plugged
the HackRF into it yet
