I cannot find a record of this, did you send it with a different email
address?  Where did you send it?

Returns/replacements are handled by the reseller that you bought the HackRF
from, it would be best for you to contact Passion Radio shop, although I
can help to troubleshoot the device beforehand.

In what way is it not working?  Does anything happen when you plug it in?
