The work around for the rmmod issue was included in the 2015.07.R1
release, so anything since then shouldn't suffer from the problem.

I'm not as convinced about pybombs being the right way to install GNU
Radio as I was when I wrote those instructions six weeks ago.

At this point, I think I'm just going to recommend whatever the GNU
Radio project suggests as the best method to install their software
and try to make it easy for HackRF to fit around that.
