This depends on what is not working.  It could be as simple as software /
firmware configuration.  To allow us to diagnose the problem, please
provide the following:
The output of dmesg when connecting the HackRF to a Linux host.
The output of dmesg when connecting the HackRF in DFU mode (hold down the
DFU button when connecting to USB)

Was the HackRF working before?  Or has it had this issue since you bought
it?
Where did you buy it from?
