[Hackrf-dev] Will upgrading firmware enable new plugins?

The great thing about software-defined radio is that you don't have to
change the hardware to get new features. So no, upgrading the firmware will
not enable other plugins to work. If the plugins aren't working at all,
then it's a software problem.
