[Hackrf-dev] New to Compiling with GCC

Hi, I'm trying to learn how to program and install firmware for my HackRF,
Windows10 64 bit, and starting with something basic like blinky.  I've
installed the GCC toolchain, which contains 28 executable files, each starts
with arm-none-eabi-_____.exe.  I'm new to GCC, which of these do I use to
compile the firmware?

 

I've searched, but can't find a tutorial for the newbie.  Expect more
questions as I work through this.
