[Hackrf-dev] Host Build with VS 2015

I have finally managed to get a successful build of the host using Windows 10 x64 and Visual Studio 2015
The complete step-by-step process is at:

I will go through that one more time from scratch to make sure its right.
I did have to modify hackrf.c at one point. I had to add : #define HAVE_STRUCT_TIMESPEC at the top of the file.
Is this something that can be added to the Git source file itself
