regarding the use the HackRF to receive WBFM - i.e., how to avoid the DC
offset.
You should turn off your RF gain - use IF and BB gains for receiving -
turning on the RF gain on the HackRF runs the risk and smoking your RF
amplifier
All the above issues are discussed Michael Ossmann's great set of videos
at the above URL.
Also, in your grc file, the quadrature rate is 200k, the re-sampler is
set to interpolate at 48 and decimate at 20 which means the sampling
rate at the audio sink is 480k - not 48k. The sampling rate at the audio
card needs to drop to 48k.
