[Hackrf-dev] Ok, this is weird

One thing that is different is that I installed Jupyter because I wanted to
do some of the interactive stuff that was being done in various discussions
and tutorials. The Jupyter folks recommend using Anaconda for installing
the various dependencies that Jupyter has and now I'm wondering if I've got
a library problem.
