NYICFF is a non-profit organization dedicated to the creation and dissemination of intelligent, passionate, provocative cinematic works for ages 3-18 and to defining a more compelling film for kids. This year, The NY Mets General Manager, Omar Minaya, will read 'Twas the Night Before Christmas. The event is free to the public. The reading will be followed by a Lantern procession, wreath-laying, and reception at Trinity Church Cemetery & Mausoleum, located across from the church. 'Twas the Night Before Christmas was written by Clement Clarke Moore (1777-1863) wh was the son of Dr. Benjamin Moore, the sixth rector of Trinity Parish. In 1822, as a Christmas present for his six children, Moore wrote the poem that became a classic for all to cherich.
