There will be a special forum here uptown this Tuesday to explore the
critical issue of health care reform.  This event, sponsored by the Barack
Obama Democratic Club of Upper Manhattan, will include an update on the
latest health care developments in Washington, as well as in Albany and
right here in NYC.  Discuss the issues with a panel of experts:

* State Senator Eric Schneiderman, sponsor of a bill that would enact
universal health coverage in NY State

* Councilman Bill de Blasio, Democratic nominee for NYC Public
Advocate,  and sponsor of a bill to promote healthy eating

* Geoff Berman, Deputy Field Director for ?Organizing for America? in
New York

* Dr. Aaron Fox, National Physicians Alliance

*WHEN: Tuesday, Oct 13th, 2009 -- 7:00 pm
