[IPAC-List] Candidate affirmation of not having advance knowledge of test or discussion test with others

Good Day IPACers!!

We currently have a form that candidates sign the day they take the test which basically states that they do not have advance knowledge of the test/test keys and will not share the content of the test with others. We are not entirely happy with the verbiage and are in the process of editing this form.

If you have such a form, could provide the language contained within the form or send a copy of the form?

I believe this will be very helpful in considering wording options.
