[IPAC-List] Test for electric utility engineer

Hi all,

 

Can anyone recommend a (validated) test used for screening electric
utility engineers for job knowledge? 

 

To be a bit more specific, I'm looking for an engineer who will be
responsible for substation design. Still anything testing fundamentals
of electrical engineering at minimum would be great.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
