[IPAC-List] Testing Practices - In-House vs. Contract

I am trying to gather some information from as many agencies as possible
regarding testing practices for personnel selection in the public
sector. Any information relating to your agency in the following areas
is much appreciated. (Please respond to me individually rather than to
the group in an effort to avoid cluttering up everyone's inboxes.)

 

*	Agency name and approximate number of employees served
*	Is testing developed in-house or by an outside consultant?
*	Types of exams used/developed.
*	Number of testing staff (those who actually develop the exams)
*	Education level of test development staff?
*	Average starting salary of test development staff?
*	Has your agency adopted any different testing practices in
reaction to budgetary shortfalls?
*	Any other information you want to share about your agency's
testing practices.
