[IPAC-List] Ideal PPT for FF

[Joel Wiesen]

Perhaps an ideal physical performance test for firefighter would:
- be safe
- reflect job tasks
- provide a basis for ranking applicants, and
- not have undue adverse impact on women.

What existing tests best approximate this ideal?
