[IPAC-List] Discussant for SIOP

I am putting together a symposium for SIOP in 2011 in Chicago. The topic is the work we have been doing on Public Sector Motivation (which in this context relates to Perry's measure of PSM). This is similar to but different from the talk we gave at IPAC. We will have papers from two other universities and additional research of our own. Anyway, my question - I think it would be nice to have a discussant from the applied or real world of the public sector who could speak to possible implications and discuss the work.

So, are you going to SIOP, and would you like to be a discussant?

With Gerald Barrett, we are doing a workshop and pair of speeches in California for PTC-SC. The date is September 15th. The topic is Prophecies for Practical Responses to Legal and Political Barriers to Public Assessment. As I understand it, the event is free for students.
