Folks,
I have agreed to speak at the PTC/NC conference in March. Since it is
their 25th anniversary (and I've been at this for 33 years), I thought
I'd go for a past-present-future theme regarding testing in the public
sector.

I'd like to enlist your input in an informal survey around the following
questions:

* What do you see as the most important changes in public sector
selection over the last 25 years?
* What do you envision for the future?
* What do you see as the most promising developments?
* What concerns you most?

I have also been asked specifically to talk about on-line testing,
particularly the issue of non-proctored . If anyone has any references
or information on the subject, I'd much appreciate it.

In advance, thanks much,

Harry Brull
