[IPAC-List] EEOC Review of Uniform Guidelines

No joke!  Do the Uniform Guidelines (1978) need to be revised?  EEOC 
seeks public comment on its plan for "retrospective analysis" of its 
significant regulations, including the Uniform Guidelines and the Q&As.  
Comments are due by March 22, 2011.
