Ladies and Gentlemen: Start your engines.

The Harrah's Las Vegas contract is signed for IPAC 2012. Yes, it's true, the
conference rate is $74 for Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
(Saturday's busier, so it's $129 then.) That's for a newly remodeled deluxe
room in the Mardi Gras tower. Thank Paula Phelps for also negotiating
half-price internet service: $6/day. Check it out--
Las Vegas . . . cheap travel ($136 round trip from Seattle, $348 from
Baltimore or Orlando), cheap accomodations, penney slots, and another great
