[IPAC-List] New Ricci claim: exam was unfair to Blacks

It's been 8 years since the original complaint.  Presumably, the city of
New Haven has not gone without hiring or promoting any firefighters in
that time.  So what have they been doing/using in the interim?  Does
anybody know?

So much for GREs, MCATs, LSATs, driving exams, licensure exams, class
exams, and citizenship tests, eh?
