[IPAC-List] In-Baskets

I am currently doing some work with a student on in-baskets and we
would like to benefit from your collective expertise.
Does anyone know of any recent articles on in-baskets/e-trays? Most of
what we are coming up with is a bit dated.  Is anyone using a commercial
product that is working well? Also, are there any multimedia or
computerized tools out that increase realism or simplify scoring?
Would love to hear from you.
