Folks,

I just need to take a brief moment to address this group.  The response I have received to my plea for help has been overwhelming (of course, that doesn't mean that you should stop sending me materials if you were planning to....)  You are all such great folks and I'm proud to be a member of this professional organization.  Perhaps I'll actually survive this assignment!  Thank you all for your valuable suggestions, insight and materials.  I am truly grateful.

Hi Folks,

I've been asked by a local I/O program to teach an upper Masters level course in entry-level selection test development and validation.  Since I never learned to say no (and also because I thought it would be fun) I agreed.  Unfortunately, I have never done this (teaching that is) and although I have some ideas of how I think the course should be structured and what topics I want to cover, I'm reaching out to all of you for any help you can provide.  Specifically, I would love to see samples or ideas regarding course descriptions and content, syllabus, recommended texts, etc., for this type of class.  ANY suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  You can certainly respond to this request through IPAC or feel free to email me directly at Fred at iosolutions.org .  I thank you all in advance.
