My company, "Sabbarah for Educational Evaluation & Testing" is looking for
full/part time psychometricians/assessment & tests specialists with the
following qualifications:

Education/Experience Requirements:

Master's Degree in psychology, industrial/organizational/educational with
an emphasis on psychometrics, measurement and assessment, cognition, or a
related field and 3 years of relevant work experience.

Doctorate degree preferred, with experience in planning and implementing
research designs and statistical methods for data analysis as well as in
depth knowledge of, test development, analysis and validation.

Arabic language proficiency is preferred, but not required.

Salary is commensurate with education and experience. Castle offers an

Duties include: analysis and interpretation of research and test data,
evaluation of tests and writing professional reports related to all aspects
of tests' technical qualities, use both classical and modern test theories
in developing and analyzing tests, conducting statistical and psychometric
activities related to test construction, analysis, scaling, equating, and
validation of tests, advising on psychometric issues, and mentor and
training on systems and procedures associated with psychometrics and
measurement.
