[IPAC-List] Request: DC Area Vocational Specialist

I have a personal friend who is looking for:

 

".someone in the DC area, who is a vocational "rehabilitation" specialist?
Specifically, I am looking for someone who is reputable enough in the DC
area, who can go into court and testify about issues dealing with men and
the job market (now, perhaps) but additionally and perhaps even more about
the mid-50s being the peak earning potential for professional men"

 

I promised to pass on any and all recommendations and comments that come
from this request.  Note that this is not a "client" or someone with whom I
have a professional relationship. It is for a friend and I am just willing
to be a conduit.
