[IPAC-List] Assessments for equipment operators (sanitation truck drivers)

It sounds as if you need a safety test to replace the integrity test.
Vangent has a personality test called the "Employee Safety Inventory"
that predicts safety-consciousness and is generally correlated with
conscientiousness (following rules, etc).
