As a Test Development Analyst you will work as a team, with a Specialist and Operations Assistant, to strategically and methodically improve operations, streamline work processes and provide quality customer service.

You will provide leadership with the development and validation function, and become a "go-to" person for creative ideas on candidate selection and employee development.

You will support the efforts of applying a strategic process to the overall selection strategy for the City, to include enhancing the hiring process from application to hire through to succession planning.

You will regularly consult with City Recruiters and HR Professionals on assessment needs, City trends, and the overall selection process.
