[IPAC-List] System Control Operators

I am not a big fan of personality testing due to applicant faking, but I
have an electric utility client who has asked me to locate and review
personality tests for a system control operator. These folks manage the
transmission of electricity.

The test could be more generic than this job job and focus on safety or
reliability or tolerance of stress in a multitasking work.
