[IPAC-List] Does anyone know of a good test of the Uniform Guidelines?

I imagine the regs in your jurisdiction are somewhat different, but in
the Canadian federal jurisdiction, where staffing authority is
subdelegated, there is an assumption that HR advisors and managers will
have acceptable knowledge of the regs and guiding principles. 
Consequently there is a knowledge test regarding those regs and guiding
principles.  You can find out more about it here:

Perhaps it may provide a useful basis for constructing the sort of
Uniform Guidelines knowledge test that was inquired about (but that
doesn't seem to exist...yet).
