[IPAC-List] Where was the MAPAC meeting 2008?

I am reviewing the galley proofs of a journal article and need to add a
reference to a paper presented at the 2008 MAPAC meeting.  Following APA
style, I need to provide the city where the conference was held.  Can
anyone provide me with the city where the 2008 meeting?
